Planning Permission Granted and Funding Awarded for Design

We are delighted to have secured planning permission and thanks to the support of players of the National Lottery Community Fund, we’ve been awarded a capital development grant of £38,079. This will pay for all the professional costs to complete our construction designs to RIBA stage 4 and pay for our project manager to oversee the process and secure the funding for the build costs.

We are hoping that Spring 2022 will see a brand new community shop, café and teaching kitchen in Rogiet. So it’s full steam ahead from now on. If you’d like to get involved please get in touch.
